· Our products are delivered worldwide.
· Orders in Europe are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
· Orders outside of Europe are usually delivered within 5-12 working days.
· Orders are usually delivered between Tuesday to Saturday.
· Delivery times are usually between 09:00 and 18:00.
· Please note that in busy periods, such as holidays, it may happen that your order has different delivery times.
For the delivery of our products, courier services are used which determine the delivery route and delivery time themselves. CBD Boost Oil, unfortunately, has no influence on this.
Orders are packed
in blank boxes which do not contain a company logo.
- After purchasing a product, the buyer has a 14-day reflection period. This period starts upon receiving the product.
- During this reflection period the buyer has the right
to return the purchased products keeping in mind the following:
- the product will be handled with care
- the buyer will only unpack the product to asses if he/she wishes to keep the product
- seals will not be broken and or opened in any case
- When all of the above has been met, the buyer is applicable for a return request.
- Returns will be handled in accordance to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.
- The buyer can initiate the revocation by contacting the seller. This can be done by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- After receiving the product back by CBD Boost Oil, an assessment will be made upon which the return of funds will be processed within 14 days.
Cost of return
- If the buyer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be for his account.
- In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the buyer, the buyer is liable for any reduction in value of the product.
